ReStormi Pilates
ReStormi Pilates is a boutique heated Pilates and sculpt studio located in Virginia Beach's Creative District.
Our classes combine low-impact movement with a high-energy burn, blending Pilates foundations with sculpt-inspired strength training designed to leave you shaking, sweating, and feeling your strongest.
Mats are already set-up, but feel free to bring your own! Equipment used in studio provided on your mat:
Bala Bangles (ankle/wrist weights), Bala Booty Bands, Toning Bars + Dumbbells, Bala Pilates, Sliders
Business Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our studio policies before booking:
- All purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
- Class packages, memberships, introductory offers, promotions, event tickets, and special offers cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, extended, or credited.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $15 fee.
- To avoid this fee, classes must be cancelled 6-hours before class.
- Unlimited members who repeatedly no-show may be subject to additional booking restrictions.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins.
- Doors will be locked at the scheduled class start time to preserve the experience for all clients. A maximum 5-minute grace period may be permitted at instructor discretion. After 5 minutes, entry is not guaranteed and the reservation will be considered a late cancellation/no-show.
- Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene.
- Clients participate at their own risk and should consult a physician before beginning any new fitness program.
- By attending class, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and release ReStormi Pilates, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
- Special event classes, workshops, and collaborations require a separate ticket unless otherwise stated and are not included with memberships or class packs.
- ReStormi reserves the right to substitute instructors, modify class schedules, or cancel classes when necessary.
- Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class or termination of membership without refund.
By purchasing a class, package, membership, or promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.

ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BUILDING WITH THE NEPTUNE MURAL. ADDITIONAL PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE NEIGHBORHOOD HARDWARE STORE.
